The Wedding | Shyam & Ayushi
A Regal Hilltop Sanctuary Celebration in Udaipur
The Design Direction & Hilltop Scenography
Set across the sprawling hilltop acreage of ITC Mementos Udaipur, Shyam & Ayushi’s celebration brought together 350 international and domestic guests across 117 private luxury villas. The design architecture harmonized with the natural Aravali granite ridges, using terraced floral installations, custom copper accents, and twilight amber illumination that mirrored the desert sunset.
The Grand Ballroom & 360° Immersive Soundstage
The Sangeet was engineered as a dynamic concert celebration inside the high-ceilinged pillarless ballroom. Valiant oversaw complete acoustic baffling, custom multi-tier LED curved walls, and precision beam lighting, creating an electric atmosphere for high-energy family choreography and late-night lounge sets.
Twilight Lakeside Vows at Ekaya
For the sacred pheras, a bespoke mirrored mandap was raised beside the infinity pool reflecting the golden hour horizon. Over 15,000 fresh marigolds and tuberose stems cascaded over carved wooden arches, accompanied by live Vedic chants echoing across the valley.
Turnkey Fleet Transit & Villa Concierge
Managing 350 guests arriving via Maharana Pratap Airport (Udaipur) required dedicated 24-hour hospitality desks, seamless private SUV shuttles, and personalized royal hampers in every villa. Every event transition operated on a strict 15-minute turnaround schedule with zero friction.
